Typically, for indoor events, it's recommended to allocate 5 to 10 watts of audio power per person, while for outdoor events, it's advisable to provide 10 to 20 watts of audio power per person.

Delivery and collection are complimentary within a 30-minute radius of our warehouse. If the delivery location is beyond this distance, a delivery fee of £30 per hour will apply.

A deposit is required prior to equipment delivery, which serves as a damage deposit. This deposit will be returned upon the equipment's collection, in accordance with the hire contract terms. Typically, refunds are processed within 3 to 4 working days, although in some cases, it may take up to 10 working days.

Cash payments are accepted for the hire balance, but please note that the deposit must be made using a card through the invoice for your hire.
